Many of automated traffic methods are basically programs that you can install on your computer and use at a push of the button. The big question is do they really work?

The answer is a bit complicated – Yes and NO!
Yes because they offer you a way to reach out to people on a regular basis without you having to do a lot of manual labor. If you take the time to really grab the attention of the traffic that you get you will find a source of free traffic that can be profitable for you.
NO if all you are going to do is use the products and blast out spam. What I mean by this is you have to position yourself as a person seen as being able to help someone. You don’t do that by pitching your products right out of the gate.
You need to take all that traffic that you do get and get those people into your personal list, you do that by constantly providing value first.

Set yourself a blog, make sure it has a opt-in box on it and just blog about you and what you do. No sales pitch no nothing just be you. All the automated traffic you get send them there. You can really GRAB someones attention much easier using a blog more so than other types of lead captures.
