Leaving comments on squidoo pages, hub pages, live journal pages, wordpress blogs, blogger blogs ,drupal blogs, type pad blogs are all great places to generate traffic.

1) keep your comment related to the post or article

2) when you can leave anchor text. (Don’t know how to do that?)
