We all have seen this happen , we start to bring people into our network marketing team and just as fast we see them vanish. Why is it some network marketing teams grow out of control while most fizzle into thin air? I know for many of you this question glares in your face. It certainly has for me.
I got tired of watching a new person come and go matter of fact I got so attached to each person I worked with that it saddened me that I was unable to help them.
One day I was sitting in front of my computer and like a ton of bricks it hit me. I have been self motivated my entire life. Probably because if I wanted something nobody gave it to me, I had to go out and get it on my own.
I realized the flaw in my marketing and I fixed it, I bet its the same flaw that I saw in my business that you may have in your business and you don’t even realize it.
The Flaw
There are 2 types of people, Those that are employable and those that are not. In order to see your network marketing team grow you need to attract the people that are unemployable.
I had a job once way back when sometime or another –> I think at this point it was 10 years ago
My boss who I liked very much said something life defining to me.. He said and I quote
” There are two types of people in the world, those that live to work and those that work to live. I am looking for those that live to work.”
O my goodness I thought, I work to live (OHOH!) he is not looking for me he is looking for someone who wants to punch a clock work for peanuts and never really get anywhere in life. If I would have stayed in that company I could have made decent livable money, but I would be very unhappy with waking up everyday fighting traffic and doing something just so I could have a paycheck.
So here is the flaw I am talking about
When I first started out in this industry I was so focused on trying to make money that I was attracting people who really live to work. I wasn’t attracting people who work to live. This is very important because once I realized that the person I needed to work with wants to get out of the rat race so bad they are willing to work 100 times harder than the common employee.
An employee barely does anything at work, they punch their clock take as many breaks as possible and does nothing all day except complain about how little they have (I know this isn’t you).
Everything you do online to build your business should be focused on looking for people that sincerely want to get out of the rat race and are willing to do whatever it takes to get there.
When I had a job I worked 40 hours a week sometimes I pulled in over time and worked an extra 10 hours a week. Since I have been unemployed for a decade now.. I work close to 80 hours a week and have 2 businesses.
Ironically, I thought I hated working -> I actually love to work, I just didn’t love what I was doing.
You want to see your network marketing team grow?
- Find people who Work To Live
- Find the money to build your business
- Find the time to run your business
You will only attract people into your business that are on your level. You will never find a heavy hitter (big Fish) who is going to come in and magically blow up your business. You need to be your own heavy hitter. There are no bloody secrets that are being withheld from you.
Heck if you are member of the perfect funded proposal team you already have access to quality marketing information.
Lead by example your team will follow! To put it bluntly if you suck your team will suck. Blame no one for your failures but yourself. Don’t blame your sponsor, Don’t blame the business just blame you.
The success of your network marketing team comes down to finding the right people for your business. That person is the person who is ready to sacrifice everything so one day they can have everything they ever wanted.. You want someone who is so desperate for liberation that they can taste it on their lips. Anything less isn’t enough.
You find this person by first becoming this person. Once you become this person let nature take its course and enjoy the journey.

Usually employees work just hard enough not to get fired and employers pay workers just enough so they won’t quit. It is much more gratifying working online knowing that you get out of it what you put into it.

Online Network Marketing can be a challenge if we do not focus and act as we would if we had spent $250,000 on a franchise. Choose your online business wisely, get a good sponsor to help you in the beginning and then take responsibility for your own future…..be the master of your own destiny.
