Network Marketing businesses are great. The idea that you can leverage other people to make you money is a pretty good idea if you ask me. The problem is getting your network marketing team to start building. Every good online network marketing team has their own lead capture pages.
Tip: Never join a network marketing team that does not have their own lead capture marketing system in place. This is very important the rule of thumb is this: Never lead with your business opportunity always lead with giving valuable content first. This means giving away a free report or a free membership site.. Anything that will persuade someone to give you their name and email address…
We do not make money in this industry until we start duplicating our business online. To do this you want to get the new member of your team on the same page as everyone else.
Here are some simple guidelines to get your new recruit up and running in the right direction.
1. The first thing they need to do is help them get their lead capture system setup. (Important) The quicker you help them get their system set up the faster they will be able to make money online. So it is in your best interest to get them set up right away.
2. If you are working with a newbie it is important that they start getting traffic to their lead capture page as soon as possible. It is your job to provide that person multiple ways to get traffic depending on their budget.
3. Make sure they know how to properly follow up with their prospects.
4. Do your best to be there for them if they have questions that they need answered, you will be amazed how grateful a person will be when you actually take the time out to help them.
The true secret to success in this industry is working with leaders. To see your network marketing team start building their business and growing YOUR downline, you need to step up and lead them…
In order to become a good leader you need to be inspired by a good leader. Don’t look at the above steps and say oh my goodness! I don’t think I can help anyone. Realize that you are in the business you are in because your sponsor knows how to get traffic and knows how to bring people into their business.
It is not your sponsors responsibility to chase you around, it is your responsibility to seek them out. I love helping people, but only when they step up and ask for help. I have been told before that since I didn’t make any attempt to reach a person they are leaving my business.
I replied by saying: “I am not interested in baby sitting anyone, I am only interested in training people who are self motivated..” I will go out of my way for a person who deserves my help… But I won’t lift a finger to help someone who won’t help themselves.
Put your teams needs before your own and your team will love you for it.. Put your needs first and you will find that a team of 1 isn’t a very strong team at all…..
