Keep your eyes and ears open. There is a movement going on that might be right under your nose. Most people don’t see it coming because they are so focused in using all these mlm systems going around. I wonder what all these owners are going to do once people start wising up and seeing what is going on behind close doors. The next few months should be interesting.
Are Mlm Systems Really Needed?
The short answer is yes you need to have systems in place in order for your business to grow. The thing is, because a market was created to fill that need many people blindly started joining mlm systems without thinking about what was really happening in the mind of the person who joined them through the system.
You see, in order to make money in this industry “you” need to be the money influencer. Basically you need to be the person that has the most influence over your prospect, if you use anybodies system but your own you are not being that person. This is exactly what people are starting to realize. That is a big oh oh for all these guru’s running around who are pitching this stuff.
The good news is if we take a look at the basic principles of marketing online and the basic principles of network marketing you will start see a picture being painted.
They often say a picture can say a thousands words. In this case, visualize if you would where people actually started to have to learn how to market online like the professionals, to even remotely be in the game. Visualize people actually getting support from their uplines. Teaching them how they need to become their own money making mlm system.
Was The PFP A Mlm System?
That question is very hard to answer. The reason why it is so hard to answer is because it was a system but not like other systems. In theory the idea was to give someone a place where they use a bunch a videos to brand themselves while leveraging someone else to teach them internet marketing skills.
Originally, the idea was to just help my own personal network marketing team learn how to market online. It turned into trying to help as many people as humanly possible wake up and really start learning some real marketing skills.
What we discovered, (SADLY) is that many people simply don’t take action on anything. Really it’s our fault because we gave pretty much everyone free access to it. We didn’t care if the person was on our team or not. We just wanted to help people who desperately needed the help. (that is the majority of people who come online and want to start an online business)
What really amazed me is , even as we upgraded the system to allow people to pretty much do anything they wanted with it. It was still over thousands of people’s head.
Right before we shut down the pfp training system it hit me like a ton of bricks… “The only people that will ever really get it have these particular traits”.
- They are able to influence people (The are Leaders)
- Willing to learn new skills (they are not prideful, they are willing to learn)
- They work hard to learn the skills they need to learn.
- They don’t procrastinate
- They don’t cry and whine about this or that
- They just say they are going to do something and they do it
The only types of mlm systems that really work to build your business are ones you create yourself. END STOP
What does this mean for you? Does this mean that you should throw in the towel and just give up because you don’t know how to make video’s?
To those that are listening it is time to start pulling it together and get with the program. Really what you should be thinking about is: “what do I need to do to get my business working online?”
A Good Leader Knows When They Make A Mistake And Fixes It
In order for you to build a Network Marketing Organization, which is what you are really trying to do. You need to become a person of influence, you need to become a leader. I did all I could in the pfp to help people to get it. Instead of just take people’s money.. (Which I probably could have done)
I decided to close down shop because in my heart I knew that I would continually bring in the wrong person. It wasn’t about the money, it really was about finding the person that really deserves the help.
So both Jamie and Myself realized it was time to shut down. We got some fantastic data back and really had the opportunity to see a lot of the problems that plague our industry.
