They say first impressions are always the most important. One of the best ways to follow up with your prospect is through a video. Pretty much every single program online that you join will notify you when you have a lead. Often times you will hear that you should send a follow up email and introduce yourself. - Solidify the fact that you will offer them 100% support
- assure them that you will be there for them
- Make crystal clear that, you are the “one” they need to work with
At this point in the recruiting process they don’t know you. Don’t start your conversation off with, my team is this or that. Nobody cares about your team. Your job is to get your prospect to focus on you and how you can help them. Be as personal as you can be. Imagine if you where writing a letter to someone you care about with all your heart.
